The Dude Nation

This was an excellent experience on all levels. Feeling the nurturing of nature. Perfect combination of meditation, movement and sharing. Great dudes!

This program has had such a positive impact on me and everyone in my life.

I show up more, feel better, and make a bigger difference for the men in my life. I’ve become a better listener with my family and friends.

I can’t put into words how meaningful this has been—the wisdom and love you’ve taught me to process my challenges with.

Watching other men open up has helped me do the same.

I no longer feel alone and realize that so many men, even those I thought were different, are going through the same thing. I love those guys now.

The same obstacles are in front of me, but I now approach them confidently and communicate better. I even started jiu jitsu, turned 50, and got my first stripes while in Dude School!

I made a huge difference for my friend in his relationship, and it’s all because of the work we did here in Dude School.

After 25 years of pain being my default, I’m curious to see what life will be like now without it. Grateful.
