The Circle starts promptly at 4:30pm And ends at 6:00pm

WHAT TO EXPECT

A Small Circle of Men gathered in chairs or sitting on floor, sharing, listening, meditating, holding space, releasing and growing together. Laughter, tears, anger and love are all normal and welcome with respect.

GUIDELINES:

Out of respect for each other, please do what you need to arrive ON TIME, with an open heart and mind. No pressure to share. Your full participation is appreciated but there is no pressure or requirement to share. Everything said and spoken in our circle, remains in our circle. It is confidential.
