WHAT TO EXPECT
Drive into a small parking lot surrounded by tall beautiful trees. There should be a few men gathered at the trail head by the main entrance. You’ll be warmly welcomed to a solid group of heart-centered men. We’ll take a casual walk through nature, along a creek and on a nice open trail that runs around a gorgeous, scenic pond. From there, we’ll make our way over to one of the shelters that overlooks the pond. We’ll get comfortable, make introductions, then begin our work. Our work includes guided meditation, guided breathwork, gratitude practice, journaling, open dialogue, some gentle movement and celebration to close. Once we close, You’re welcome to stay or join our group walk back to the parking lot. This is a judgement free space. Laughter, tears, anger and love are all normal and welcome with respect.
GUIDELINES:
Out of respect for each other, please do what you need to arrive ON TIME, with an open heart and mind. No pressure to share. Your full participation is appreciated but there is no pressure or requirement to share. Everything said and spoken in our circle, remains in our circle. It is confidential.
